The Seattle Seahawks finally look like they are in some good form, with three straight victories. And they are coming along in a number of different areas. This won’t be especially good news for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who are on a two-game win streak of their own and are fighting to stay in the wild card race in the NFC. This game, which takes place at Raymond James Stadium, is slated for a 4:05 PM ET start, and VietBet customers will be able to place wagers on it through the mechanism provided by Live Betting Ultra.

The Seahawks have run through Buffalo, New England and Philadelphia, and Russell Wilson is still sitting with two interceptions in 335 attempts. That’s an amazing job of taking care of the football, and he doesn’t have to carry the entire load, which is a relief. One thing that has to fall into place quickly, though, is Thomas Rawls as the workhorse of the running game. He had 57 yards as he is coming back from an injury.
Tampa Bay’s offense was plentiful in last week’s win over the Kansas City Chiefs, as they had 27 first downs and 442 yards. They converted eleven of 16 third down situations. Jameis Winston had 331 yards through the air, and the best news may have been that he did not throw an interception. There was a little balance delivered as well, as we’ll talk about in a moment.
Seattle might be able to play some of the power running game for a change, something they were not necessarily able to do with Christine Michael, who was serviceable but not far above average. Prosise, who suffered from injuries in his final year at Notre Dame, exploded for a 72-yard touchdown run in the first quarter, although admittedly that was about the extent of his contribution, because he exited the game with a shoulder will be “out for a while,” according to coach Pete Carroll. It would have helped if he could have split carries with Rawls, who had missed seven games with a fractured fibula. But that isn’t going to be a possibility.
Meanwhile, the Bucs look like they will benefit from having their top running back in the fold. Doug Martin, who made a big comeback with an All-Pro season in 2015, had 63 yards against the Chiefs, and although he wasn’t tearing up the field, he was at least loosening things up for Winston. Will that be more difficult against a Seattle squad that has limited the opposition to just 3.5 yards per carry? You bet it will.
One of the matchups VietBet patrons may want to keep an eye on is that which could take place between Mike Evans of the Bucs and Richard Sherman of the Seahawks. Evans, the 6-6 wideout, is by far the most productive member of the Tampa Bay receiving corps, with 916 yards on the season. Sherman, of course, is the guy who Seattle counts on as a “shutdown” corner, and although he generally stays on one side of the field, he does move to the other side as the situation warrants. His “Legion of Boom” teammate, Kam Chancellor, will try to do the job on Cameron Brate, the tight end who has surprised with 393 receiving yards. Seattle has allowed only eight touchdown passes this season, while the Bucs have surrendered 20.
