The Kansas City Chiefs started out hot as a firecracker, but they have cooled down since. If they don’t start playing better defense, they are not going to be a factor in the post-season, although it looks like no one else in the AFC West is going to challenge them. On Sunday, the Chiefs will take on the New York Giants in a game that will begin at 1 PM ET at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. It will be televised by CBS on a regional basis, and VietBet customers will have the opportunity to place wagers even after the game begins, as they take advantage of what Live Betting Ultra has to offer.

Chiefs vs Giants Odds – Week 11 NFL Betting Preview
First, let’s start with the Giants, who are going through a nightmare season. The last two weeks may have been the genuine low point, as they first lost to the Los Angeles Rams 51-17 at home, then turned around and went to the West Coast to play a winless San Francisco 49ers squad. They were in the game for a while, but then the Niners took over, behind a rookie quarterback in a dominant running game, to win 31-21. CJ Beathard, making only his third NFL start, threw for 288 yards, and the Niners beat up the Giants of the line of scrimmage, gaining 186 yards on the ground.
Ben McAdoo, the head coach who took this team to the playoffs last season, may not last even the rest of the campaign, but for the time being he has received support from the ownership. It is said that he has lost the clubhouse, although some players have disputed that. There is no question that the spark has gone. In all fairness, there have been key injuries, including one to wide receiver Odell Beckham and his running partner, Brandon Marshall, who was acquired in the off-season. Eli Manning is averaging only 6.3 yards per attempt, and he was supposed to be the guy who got the ball downfield a little better than, for example, Alex Smith of the Chiefs, but Smith is averaging 8.3 yards, and that is reflective of some of the additional weapons Kansas City has at its disposal.
One of the good things about Smith is the fact that he is very careful with the football. In fact, he’s thrown only one interception in 293 attempts, and that is phenomenal. He has to be one of the leading candidates for the Most Valuable Player award, as he has completed almost 70% of his passes, and he has gotten a lot of help from Tyreke Hill, formerly known primarily as a kick returner but now a real weapon at wide receiver (40 receptions, 617 yards). And there is no doubt that the rapid rise of rookie Kareem Hunt has had a lot to do with the Chiefs’ success. He’s had 800 yards rushing and 331 yards receiving, although he has slowed down over the last four games, with only 356 total yards from scrimmage.
Can the Giants get some pressure on Smith? Well, VietBet patrons would have to question that, since this team has only thirteen sacks on the year. It has been just an all-around disappointing defensive performance, and the stop unit was what vaulted the Giants into the playoffs last season. They have given up 20 touchdown passes, more than anyone else in the league, and they have been out rushed by almost 300 yards by the opposition.
Kansas City has not stopped enough people, however; only one team in the NFL has allowed more yardage on a per-drive basis, and the Chiefs have permitted more first downs than anyone else. This is not the kind of thing a championship is built on, and that weakness has been exposed a bit over the last four games, three of which have wound up in the “loss” column. Kansas City’s hoping that the return of linebacker Tamba Ali, who has just returned from the Physically Unable to Perform last, will help the pass rush, which has only 19 sacks. But perhaps there is some room here for the Giants, who have at least been getting a better ground game lately, courtesy of Orleans Darkwa, and Wayne Gallman. We will look for an “over” at the Meadowlands on Sunday.
